Jennifer Angers begins her first season as the graduate assistant for the Lehigh field hockey program. Angers comes to Bethlehem following a stellar playing career at the University of Vermont. A four-year letter winner for the Catamounts, Angers started 64 of 70 career games and totaled eight career assists as a midfielder/defender.

           
In her senior season, Angers ranked second on the Catamounts with five assists and was named to the All-America East Conference second team as well as the NFHCA Northeast All-Region second team. She was also a three-year member of the NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad. Angers has continued her playing career at USA Field Hockey’s New England High Performance Training Center, and also has experience coaching in the Level I Futures Program.

           
A native of Mansfield, Massachusetts, Angers earned her Bachelor’s of Education in Elementary Education from Vermont in the spring, and will be pursuing her Master’s in Education at Lehigh.
