Why Lehigh? “Lehigh is the perfect hybrid of rigorous academics and challenging Division I field hockey. Student-athletes are held to high expectations on and off the field; acting as a benchmark for the Lehigh community scholastically, athletically, and socially. The balancing act that is being a student-athlete fosters growth, maturity, and readiness for any situation after graduation.”
On Playing Field Hockey at Lehigh: “The Lehigh field hockey experience is challenging yet extremely rewarding. It takes a dedicated and passionate person to comply with the high standards set forth by the program not only in terms of development as a player but also as a student. We are all very close and willing to help a teammate whether it is mastering a skill, studying for a test, or just needing a friend.”
On Coach Mazer: “Coach Mazer is an extremely supportive coach in all facets of her players’ lives. Unlike many Division I coaches, Coach Mazer is invested in the overall well being of each player and provides a strong support system on and off the field.”
