ON COACH BLUE: “Coach Blue is a truly motivational coach. Her passion and knowledge of field hockey allows us to learn a lot. She makes the sport fun and exciting to play. Coach seems to bring out the best in everyone with her electrifying personality. Her optimistic attitude is very contagious.”

AS A SENIOR (2012): One of only three Mountain Hawks to start all 17 games as a staple on defense … Finished with a career-high four defensive saves (second on the team) … Had a defensive save on Senior Day vs. Lafayette (10/27) … Posted a defensive save against American (10/6) … Had a D save in the Patriot League opener vs. Holy Cross (9/29) … Fired two shots in win over Towson (9/9) … Had a shot on goal against Saint Francis (Pa.) (9/2).
AS A JUNIOR (2011): Key defender was one of six Mountain Hawks to start all 19 games … Posted two defensive saves on the season, vs. Penn (10/12) and in the season opener against Georgetown (9/2) … Helped the Lehigh defense allow only two goals during the Mountain Hawks’ three Patriot League wins - none vs. Bucknell, one against Colgate and Holy Cross.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010): Played in all 16 games, starting eight while posting her first-career point … Finished with seven shots, five on goal … Dished out first-career assist (and point) in 4-0 win at Siena (9/22).
AS A FRSEHMAN (2009): Appeared in nine games … Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and NFHCA National Academic Squad.
BEFORE LEHIGH: Two-time All-Area selection … Four-time All-Chester-Montgomery selection … Played in Philadelphia Area Senior All-Star Game … Played club hockey for Typhoons and participated in the Futures Program … Also lettered in lacrosse and indoor track and field … Member of the National Honor Society … Third member of family to play for Mountain Hawks, joining sisters Christy ‘08 and Lindsey ’10.
