In 2004-05: Went 4-1 in dual competition, with all four wins coming while wrestling up in weight at 197 in place of Jon Trenge… Pinned Harvard’s Andrew Dane in 41 seconds in January Dual… Placed second at Wilkes Open in late December.
In 2003-04: Wrestled two bouts at the West Virginia Open, winning one by decision and losing the other by fall.
In 2002-03: Deferred eligibility
In secondary school: Took first place at Garden State Games, capping off 30-5 junior year. Placed second at districts and third at regionals wrestling at 160.
Personal: Son of John and Donna Bruno… sisters Jacqueline (18) and Gianna (11)… enjoys cooking, bodybuilding and ballroom dancing.
