Bio
Why Lehigh? “I wanted to go to school at a place where I knew I would be able to excel in golf as well as the classroom. I knew with the golf facilities available and the academic opportunities, that Lehigh was the only place for me.”
On Coach D’Alberto: “If you’re looking for a coach who knows how to play golf, he’s the man. I’m only an incoming freshman but from what I’ve heard, he has a pretty impressive playing resume.”
On the student-athlete experience: “I cannot describe what it means to be a part of something as special as being a student-athlete at Lehigh. It’s an opportunity to pursue any goals you have in life. I’m able to play the sport that I love and compete at the highest level. The best part about it is the fact that I’m able to play golf while getting one of the best educations in the country. I could not be more proud to be a part of Lehigh.”
As a junior … tied for 35th place at the spring opening tournament with a 232 (79, 78, 75) … shot a 151 (72, 79) at the Lafayette Invitational finishing in a tie for 11th … tied for 29th place with a score of 155 (76, 79) at the Navy Invitational … finished in a four-way tie for third place at the Lehigh Valley Collegiate with a score of 77 … scored a 230 (76, 79, 75) at the Patriot League Championship to tie for 22nd place … shot a final round 72 to finish in a tie for 28th at 227 (76, 79, 72) at the Bucknell fall Invitational … tied for 38th overall at 155 (79, 76) in the Lincoln Mercury Intercollegiate… named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.As a sophomore … tied for third place at the Lehigh Valley Invitational … shot a 152 (72, 80) for a sixth place finish at the Kelly Gutshall Invitational … shot a 245 (81, 80, 84) at the Patriot League Championship to tie for 36th place … tied for 23rd place, shooting a 224 (76, 72, 76) at the Bucknell Fall Invite … tied for 29th place at the Lafayette Invitational with a score of 154 (78, 76) … tied for 38th place at the Cornell Fall Invite with a score of 155 (82, 73) … shot a 161 (78, 83) at the Scotty Duncan Memorial Tournament to tie for 32nd place … shot a 231 (74, 79, 78) at the Coca Cola Invitational.
