In 2010-11: Amassed impressive 31-15 record competing primarily in open tournament competition… placed in three of seven open tournaments including third place finishes at the UB Open in November and the National Collegiate Open in February… had ten wins by fall and 19 bonus victories… made first dual meet appearance in three years against Wyoming at Virginia Duals.
In 2009-10: Posted impressive 14-4 record in open tournament competition… placed fifth at the Clarion Knight Point Open in November… went 5-0 to capture title at Messiah Open in January… four of 14 victories came by fall… competed in freestyle at University Nationals.
In 2008-09: Bumped up to 149 and saw action in four open tournaments… went 6-1 to claim third place at Edinboro Open… also competed at Buffalo, East Stroudsburg and Nittany Lion Opens.
In 2007-08: Compiled 6-11 record… saw action in two duals, making varsity debut at Nebraska… went 4-2 to claim fifth place at 149 at Edinboro Open… also competed at 141 in the Binghamton, Kaufman-Brand and Kent State Opens… went 0-2 at Northeast Regional Freestyle tournament.
In secondary school: Amassed career record of 206-16… three-time state place winner, including state title at 125 as a junior… went undefeated as a senior, but missed state tournament with an injury… three-time NHSCA Academic All-American… all-conference performer on the soccer field… Academic All-State in soccer and wrestling.
Personal: Son of Phillip and Carla Rosser… brother Tyler (19)… enjoys football, golf and fishing.
