2018 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished fourth on the team and 137th overall at the Paul Short Run (25:50)… Finished second on the team and 77th overall at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown Meet (25:35)… Finished second overall at the Lehigh-Lafayette Dual Meet (26:58.62)… Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2016 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 59th overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (31:58.6)...Placed 20th overall and was the third Mountain Hawk across the finish line at the Patriot League Championships (25:38.4)...Finished 230th overall, sixth on the team at Pre-Nationals (26:26.3)...Took 173rd place overall, fourth on the team in the Paul Short Run's Gold Race (25:18.3)...Turned in a 14th place finish at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (27:33.05)...Placed 31st overall, fourth on the team at the Spiked Shoe Invitational (27:32.0)...Finished 15th overall, fifth on the team at the season-opening 6K Lehigh Invitational (20:01.1).
BEFORE LEHIGH: Three-time captain of the cross country and track teams at North Pocono High School… Earned Lackawanna Area Performer of the Year honors for both track and cross country…Earned all-star, all-region and all-state honors for both cross country and track and field…Became North Pocono’s first state champion since 1978 in the 3200m in 2016 at the Pennsylvania Track and Field AAA Championships…Had a sixth place finish as a junior in the 1600m at the Penn. AAA State Track Championships…Set new school records in the 1600m (4:17.22) and 3200m (9:09)…Finished third overall as a senior at the Pennsylvania AA State Cross Country Championships…Finished 17th as a junior at the AA Cross Country State Championships…Finished second in the Paul Short Run’s High School Brown race in 2015…Held position of senior class vice president.
