In 2018-19: One of three Mountain Hawks to compete at 197 during regular season… went 3-1 in duals… posted 3-0 mark at South Beach Duals, highlighted by win over seventh-ranked Jay Aiello of Virginia… went 2-1 in his pool at Journeymen Collegiate Classic… finished second at Wilkes Open in late December.
In 2017-18: Deferred eligibility… competed in four open tournaments at 197, placing in all four… posted 14-4 record… won titles at East Stroudsburg and Edinboro Opens… finished second at Wilkes Open and third at Princeton Open… also competed at Midlands Championships.
In 2016-17: Served as starter at 184… posted 7-6 record including 5-4 dual mark… missed last month of regular season due to injury… dropped two close bouts at EIWA Tournament… first career win was 10-2 major decision over Pitt’s Mat Carr… won two bouts at F&M Open before withdrawing.
In high school: owned 162-27 career record… three-time state qualifier… finished fifth and third in his final two seasons… three-time place winner and one-time champion at both the Beast of the East and Escape the Rock tournaments… three-time southeast regional champion… finished fifth at FloNationals in 2015… Northeast regional freestyle champion in 2015.
Personal: Son of Jack and Diana… sisters Maggie and Brynn.
