WHY LEHIGH? “I choose Lehigh because it’s a perfect combination of athletics and academics and I feel that the school is going to provide me with countless opportunities.”
AS A SOPHOMORE (2015): Got into two games on the season as the backup goalkeeper … Finished with a 2.97 GAA and .333 save percentage … Stopped one-of-two shots sent her way in 12:08 at Cornell (10/25) … Made season debut, playing the second half vs. No. 12 Liberty (10/9).
AS A FRESHMAN (2014): Played in six games, making one start … Finished with a 5.49 GAA and .545 save percentage … Made 12 saves for the season … Stopped three-of-four shots at Brown (10/12) … Made two saves, allowing one goal vs. Fairfield (10/5) … Tallied six saves, allowing just two goals, against Saint Francis (Pa.) (8/31) … Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and NFHCA National Academic Squad.
BEFORE LEHIGH: Standout goalkeeper at Oak Knoll School … All-County honoree as a junior … Helped lead team to the first of two straight Union County Championships (in 2012 and 2013) … Oak Knoll was also Group One North Champions and Group One State Champions in 2012 … Then in 2013, Oak Knoll was Non Public State Champions and finished in second place at the Tournament of Champions … As a member of The Edge club team, Morris led squad to Big Apple Memorial Day Tournament Championship in 2012 … Finished in second place at both the Regional Club Championships and National Field Hockey Festival … The Edge followed in 2013 by coming in second in the National Indoor Tournament … Has excelled in the classroom as well, earning a spot on the honor roll and high honor roll … Garnered the Scout Scholar-Athlete Award as a junior and received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and Outstanding Community Service Award.

What’s your favorite thing about Lehigh? I love the campus and how close it is to home. I also love the field hockey team and I’m so excited to call myself a Mountain Hawk.
Major & Why: I choose to study Global Studies because I’m interested in learning about why the world works the way that it does and I hope to one day be able to travel to all of the countries that I learn about and start to make a difference in the lives of the people there.
