BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh men's wrestling had four wrestlers recognized as Scholar All-Americans by the National Wrestling Coaches Association. The Mountain Hawks recognized for the 2025-26 season are graduate students JT Davis and Sheldon Seymour, junior Rylan Rogers and sophomore Luke Stanich.
Â
Seymour and Stanich are now both two-time NWCA Scholar All-Americans, with Seymour previously receiving the honor last year and Stanich in 2024.
Â
The individual Scholar All-America awards have qualifying standards based on grade point average and season record and accomplishments. The system for the NWCA's academic awards includes grade point averages for wrestlers that competed in their NCAA Championship conference qualifier, plus select others that competed in at least one varsity dual during the season.
Â
Rogers, Seymour and Stanich were all NCAA Championships qualifiers for the Mountain Hawks with Stanich earning All-America honors with a third place finish at 141, while Rogers and Seymour finished one win shy of a podium place. Davis was Lehigh's EIWA Championships entrant at 197 where he finished fourth. Seymour and Stanich also won their second career individual EIWA titles last month, while Rogers finished third at 184 to secure NCAA qualification.
Â
Academically, Davis and Seymour are both in Lehigh's technical entrepreneurship graduate program after earning degrees in supply chain management and management, respectively, last May. Rogers is a psychology major, while Stanich majors in finance.
Â
Lehigh's four honorees give the Mountain Hawks 32 Scholar All-America awards over the last eight seasons.
Â
The Mountain Hawks won their 40th EIWA team title last month and finished 16th at the NCAA Championships in Cleveland.
Â
The 2025-26 Lehigh wrestling season is presented by the Historic Hotel Bethlehem.
