LEWISBURG, Pa. - With a 2-0 Bucknell lead after the first half, the Lehigh women's soccer team fell to the Bison 2-0 to close out the 2024 campaign.

Bucknell opened the scoring in the 14th minute as Paige Temple connected on a shot to put the Bison up 1-0.

The Bison continued momentum, taking a 2-0 lead in the 28th minute, carrying through intermission.

In the opening half, Bucknell outshot Lehigh 10-1 and earned the lone corner kick of the half.

Bucknell maintained its lead through the second half, securing the Patriot League regular season title.

In the second half, the Bison outshot Lehigh 9-7 while Lehigh out cornered the Bison 2-1. Seniors Corinne Lyght and Hope Flanegin as well as sophomore Aminah Baruwa led the Mountain Hawks with two shots apiece.

Junior goalkeeper Maggie Ousoujoglou recorded seven saves while Bucknell's Jess Benattar tallied two.

Lehigh finishes the season with a record of 3-9-5 and 2-6-1 in Patriot League play.
