BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh wrestling's NCAA qualifiers learned their seeds and first round opponents as seeds and brackets for next week's NCAA Championships in Minneapolis were announced Wednesday.

The Mountain Hawks qualified eight wrestlers automatically during their EIWA Championship run this past weekend. On Tuesday, sophomore Jimmy Hoffman earned an at-large berth at 149, becoming Lehigh's ninth qualifier.

Four of Lehigh's nine qualifiers earned top 10 seeds, led by, senior Jordan Kutler, who is seeded third at 174. Kutler will open against a familiar foe in Cornell's Brandon Womack, the No. 30 seed.

Lehigh's other two EIWA Champions also received top 10 seeds. At 157, sophomore Josh Humphreys is seeded seventh. His first round opponent is Eric Barone of Illinois, the No. 26 seed. Junior Jordan Wood earned the No. 9 seed at 285. Like Kutler, he will also face an EIWA foe in No. 24 seed Ben Sullivan of Army West Point.  Wood defeated Sullivan 4-0 in a Jan. 31 dual meet.

Junior Brandon Paetzell is the fourth top 10 seed for the Mountain Hawks. He is seeded seventh at 125. Paetzell's first round opponent is No. 26 Korbin Meink of Campbell.

Among non-top 10s, Lehigh's next highest seed belongs to junior Chris Weiler, who is seeded 13th at 184. Weiler's first round opponent is No. 20 Matthew Waddell of Chattanooga.

The Mountain Hawks' fifth EIWA finalist, junior Nick Farro, is seeded 18th at 133 and will open with No. 15 Mosha Schwartz of Northern Colorado.
