Lehigh Ice Hockey Begins New Season With Loss

Lose to Rider University 2 to 0
The Ice Hockey Team loses a tough game in their first outing. The game was tied at 0-0 through 2 periods and most of the third. Andrew Carlin made every save and gave the team the opportunity to win. Late in the game, Lehigh took 2 penalties and had to defend 5 players from Rider with only 3 players. Rider was able to take advantage and scored the only goal on Carlin. Lehigh pulled their goalie with 1 minute left and Rider was able to find the net to win the game 2-0.
