Matchups, times set for Patriot League Tournament

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - With American's 3-1 win at Lafayette on Sunday, the Lehigh field hockey team will enter next weekend's Patriot League Tournament as the No. 3 seed and face the archrival Leopards in Friday's semifinals. The entire tournament will take place at top-seeded American, with Lehigh and Lafayette squaring off at 2 p.m. following the Eagles against the fourth-seeded Bucknell Bison at 11 a.m. The winners will square off at 1 p.m. Saturday for the Patriot League Championship and an automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament.
 
Lehigh finished the regular season 6-12 and 3-2 in Patriot League play for the first since 2007, earning big league victories over Colgate (2-1), Bucknell (1-0) and Holy Cross (3-1). After a tough start, the Mountain Hawks enter the tournament winners of four of their last six and five of their last nine.
The Mountain Hawks are 2-5-1 all-time in the Patriot League Tournament, earning their victories in 1994 over Holy Cross and '96 over Bucknell.
