BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Playing in its first Patriot League Tournament since 2006, the third seeded Lehigh women's soccer team will face No. 2 Bucknell this Friday at 7:30 p.m. in West Point, N.Y. That follows the first game of the day featuring top-seed Army hosting No. 4 Colgate at 4 p.m.

After dropping their Patriot League opener at Army, the Mountain Hawks (9-4-4, 4-1-2 PL) have strung together a six-game unbeaten streak in league play to advance to their first Patriot League Tournament since 2006. They did play Bucknell to a 1-1 draw in the 2005 tournament before falling in a shootout.

Lehigh topped the Bison, 2-1, in the regular season meeting on Oct. 10. The Mountain Hawks outshot the Bison, 14-6, in that game, while using goals from junior Jana Basubas and senior Natalie Hojnacki to earn the crucial home win.
With a win on Friday, the Mountain Hawks would advance to the Patriot League Championship Game for the first time since 2004. Lehigh is vying for its first league championship and NCAA Tournament appearance in school history.
