Oudin, Mains to appear on this week's <I>Sports Magazine</i>

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Don’t miss an all-new episode of Lehigh Sports Magazine premiering tonight on WFMZ-TV (channel 69) and Lehighsports.com. Host Jim Vaughn of 69 sports will chat with women’s soccer coach Manny Oudin and junior goalkeeper Lauren Mains about the defense’s strong effort – 200 minutes over the last three days without allowing a goal.

The Lehigh field hockey team’s home opener is later this week, and the Mountain Hawks have a brand new AstroGrass facility to call home. Ronald J. Ulrich Field makes its debut on Saturday, when Lehigh hosts Georgetown. Assistant coach Stacey Blue and senior midfielder Lindsey Smith stop by the set to discuss their new venue.

Fourth year football coach Andy Coen makes his weekly LSM appearance to discuss the opener against Central Connecticut State and preview Saturday’s tough match-up at Villanova.

For 15 years, the Lehigh Sports Magazine has been delivering Lehigh fans interviews with every head coach, special player appearances, highlights, and much more. The half-hour show can be seen every Monday night in the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, and western New Jersey at 8:30 p.m. on WFMZ-TV. WFMZ is located on Service Electric Cable TV dial position 8.

For the seventh consecutive year, the Lehigh Sports Magazine is available via streaming video on the Lehigh athletics web site on-demand beginning each Monday night. The web broadcast is streamed as part of Lehigh’s partnership with Yahoo! Sports. Each show is archived and may be viewed on-demand at no charge.

For those outside the WFMZ-TV viewing area, the show airs each week via Lehigh television partner Fox College Sports Atlantic, available in over 56 million homes on digital cable systems nationwide. The Lehigh Sports Magazine will air each Thursday at 1:00 p.m. ET on FCS Atlantic, with several additional showings to follow.

Locally, the Lehigh Sports Magazine can be seen each Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. on Service Electric 2 Sports. Service Electric is the largest cable television system (number of subscribers) in the Lehigh Valley.
