Lehigh drops second match of the weekend

The Brown and White out hit Holy Cross in the first game, recording 15 kills with just three errors, for an attack percentage of .279. The Mountain Hawks had a shot to win the game, tied at 29-29, however, the Crusaders recorded back-to-back points, capped off by a service ace by Meagan Merinder to win the game.
Holy Cross was able to take the match by recording just seven errors over the next two games, compared to 12 for Lehigh. The Crusaders hit .594 in the final game to secure the victory.
Christie Strawson, Samantha Surface and Liz Auger led the Holy Cross attack, each recording double digit kills, with Surface leading the way with a double-double.
Mo McReynolds had a team high eight digs for the Mountain Hawks and Brittany Dickinson added a team high 12 assists.
The Mountain Hawks return to action next weekend when they host their final two matches of the year. American will visit Lehigh at 7 p.m. on Friday, with Navy coming in on Saturday at 4 p.m.
