Mountain Hawks compete at William and Mary Invitational

Williamsburg, VA – Lehigh shot a 638 as a team to finish in a tie for 15th in an 18-team field at the two-day William and Mary Invitational on Sunday and Monday. The host Tribe shot a 602 and won a playoff over Richmond to win the event, which took place at the Par 72 Golden Horseshoe Golf Course.
Individually, the Mountain Hawks were led by the play of sophomore Alan Borowsky, who shot a 74 on Sunday and a 78 on Monday to finish in a tie for 13th place overall with a 152. Teammate Jason Moloney had the second best single round of any Mountain Hawk. After shooting an 81 on Sunday, Moloney rebounded with a 77 on Monday to finish with a 158 (tied for 46th overall). Alex Snickenberger of Lehigh resumes spring competition on April 2, when the Mountain Hawks compete in the two-day George Washington Invitational.
