Zac Cronk joined the Lehigh baseball staff as an assistant coach in the fall of 2025.
Cronk comes to Bethlehem after serving as head assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Lycoming College since 2022. In that role, he led all recruiting efforts while helping oversee player development, performance tracking, and team culture. During his tenure, Lycoming produced six all-conference selections and two all-region honorees, and the coaching staff was recognized as the 2022 Coaching Staff of the Year.
In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Cronk has coached at multiple levels of baseball, including as head coach in the Beach Collegiate Baseball League during the summer of 2022. He has also worked with elite high school and youth players through the Saratoga Stampede and All Stars Academy, focusing on skill development, recruiting exposure, and competitive preparation.
Cronk brings a unique perspective to college athletics through his work in admissions, serving as Associate Director of Admissions at Lycoming College. His experience managing prospective student pipelines and working closely with families strengthens his ability to support student-athletes both on and off the field.
A former collegiate standout, Cronk was a three-time all-conference player at Utica University and earned national recognition as the NCAA Division III Hardest Player to Strike Out in 2019. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Utica and is pursuing an MBA in organizational management at Eastern University.
