2025 marks Patrick Frost's first season on the Lehigh men's basketball coaching staff.

Frost arrives in Bethlehem following a season at Jessup University, where he served as an assistant coach during the program’s first year competing at the NCAA Division II level. He oversaw the development of the team’s frontcourt players, including the conference’s leading rebounder, while implementing training and skill development strategies that helped the program transition successfully from NAIA.

Prior to his time at Jessup, Frost was the associate head coach at Hawaii Pacific, where he guided the Sharks to their best season in years. The program went 18-11 overall and 13-7 in PacWest play in 2023-24, surpassing the combined win total from the previous three years. Frost directed the team’s defensive system, which led the PacWest in scoring defense, field goal percentage defense, and three-point percentage defense, and he developed three all-conference players.

From 2019–2022, Frost served as an assistant at Point Loma Nazarene, helping the Sea Lions to a 53-19 record, a PacWest regular season championship, and three NCAA Tournament appearances. While at Point Loma, Frost worked alongside former Lehigh student-athlete and coach Matt Logie. He coached nine all-conference players in that span, including Kaden Anderson, a First Team All-American and three-time Conference Player of the Year. Frost also spent time at Western Oregon, helping lead the Wolves to the 2019 NCAA Tournament, and began his career at Whitworth University, where the Pirates went 74-12 during his three seasons and advanced to three NCAA Tournaments.

Frost also brings Division I experience, having served as a graduate assistant and video coordinator at the University of San Diego, where he worked with four All-WCC players and twice stepped in as an acting assistant coach. Across his career, he has developed numerous all-conference and All-American performers, consistently contributing to championship-caliber programs.

A Washington native, Frost earned his bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Eastern Washington University and a master’s degree in Leadership Studies and Organizational Leadership from the University of San Diego.
