Head coach Steph Lazo welcomed Lexi Pitkevits as assistant coach/defensive coordinator in December 2025. Pitkevits comes to Lehigh by way of Rider University.
Pitkevits was Pape’s lead assistant at Moravian, helping the Greyhounds to a 10-8 overall record in 2025, including a 6-3 record in Landmark Conference play. Pitkevits was mainly responsible for the defense, draw team, and recruiting, resulting in the Greyhounds allowing three fewer goals per game than the season before.
In 2024, Pitkevits was on the sidelines at Wilkes University as an intern with the Colonels. This came after a four-year playing career at Albright College. In 2021, she led the team and ranked seventh in the MAC Commonwealth with 15 caused turnovers.
Pitkevits graduated from Albright in 2022 with a degree in psychology.
