2014 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)
Strong sophomore season, finishing with a team-best 66 total blocks…also contributed 135 kills…smacked a career-best 11 kills against Siena (8/29) and Canisius (8/30)…registered seven kills and a .389 hitting percentage in Lehigh’s five-set win over regular-season champion and undefeated American (11/15)…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2013 (FRESHMAN SEASON)
Saw action in 13 matches and 27 sets…finished the season with 33 kills and 10 total blocks…recorded a season-best six kills against Saint Peter’s and Quinnipiac…stuffed a season-high three blocks versus Quinnipiac.
BEFORE LEHIGH
A middle blocker for four years at Clarkstown High School, Taylor Carroll will play the same position on the Lehigh volleyball team this fall. Carroll has earned recognition at the league, county and state levels. During her junior and senior years, she was selected to the All-League, All-Section and All-County teams. In 2012 she was named to the All-State First Team. She was named Conference 4 Player of the Year and shared Rockland County Co-MVP honors with her sister Kianna during her senior season. Carroll also excelled in the classroom, as she was named Journal News Scholar Athlete of the Week in 2012.
