In high school … played for Linda Dolanski … team captain as a senior when she led her team to the conference, county and state championships … two time All-County selection … led Chatham HS to a second place finish in the state in 2006 … member of the Atlantic Volleyball 18 National club that plays for Louis Stevens … helped lead her club team to the GEVA Regional Championship last year in addition to a berth in the USA Junior Olympic National Championship in Dallas … honor roll student … served as a mentor to junior high students … both of her parents attended Lehigh.
Why Lehigh? “I chose to attend Lehigh because it offered me the chance to compete in a challenging Division I program, while simultaneously receiving an outstanding education.”
On Coach Maurer:
“I would tell an upcoming recruit about my wonderful experiences with Lehigh’s Coaching and University staff. They were always welcoming and friendly whether I saw them at a tournament, or on Lehigh’s campus. I couldn’t have found a better fit for me, and I can’t wait to be playing for Coach Maurer.”
On the Lehigh student-athlete experience:
“Being a part of the Lehigh student-athlete experience means hard work and dedication at all times. It means discipline, as Lehigh’s student-athletes work equally as hard on the court as they do in the classroom.”
