Swam in three events at Patriots, coming in 22nd in the 200-yard butterfly (2:09.65), 24th in the 100-yard butterfly (26.69)Â and 39th in the 50-yard free (24.75)...scored six points against Rider after coming in second in the 100-yard butterfly (1:01.13) and fourth in the 200-yard freestyle (2:00.06). ..had a third place-finish in the 100-yard butterfly against Seton Hall (59.78)...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2021-22 (SOPHOMORE SEASON):
Came in third in the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.26) and fourth in the 200-yard butterfly (2:12.59) vs. Rider...tallied a third place mark in the 50-yard fly (27.09) against Drexel...had a pair of sixth-place finishes in the 100-yard butterfly (59.96) and the 200-yard butterfly (2:10.19) against Army...at first career Patriot League Championships, came in 24th in the 200-yard butterfly (2:08.09), 28th in the 100-yard butterfly (58.08) and was 32nd in the 500-yard freestyle (5:10.49).Â
2021 (FIRST-YEAR SEASON):
Finished 13th overall in the 200 fly (2:16.74) at the April Pools Invitational… against Bucknell, registered a fourth-place finish in the 1000 free (10:59.24), fifth-place finish in the 200 fly (2:11.60) and a sixth-place finish in the 100 fly (59.84).
BEFORE LEHIGH
MacDonald comes to Lehigh after breaking records in seven events at Foran. The incoming freshman is a four-time state champion in the butterfly. MacDonald is a member of the National Honor Society. Also, she received awards for Excellence in English and Analytical Chemistry and the Bausch and Lomb University of Rochester Honorary Science Award.
