Shawna Mell enters her second season in 2024-25 as the director of basketball operations.
Mell is pursuing a master's in educational leadership at Lehigh. Before Lehigh, Mell played for Concordia University St-Paul, where she graduated with a degree in elementary education in 2023. Mell was a member of the women's basketball team at Concordia and also served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
