BEFORE LEHIGH
Eggenschwiler is an intriguing defensive-minded prospect for the Mountain Hawks with her international experience sticking out. She is a product of Red Bank Catholic High School, the same high school of current Lehigh rising junior Katie Rice. As a freshman, she won a state title and was named a team captain in her final two seasons. She was the 2019-20 Hoop Group Defensive Player of the Year and the 2019-20 Red Bank Catholic Female Sportsmanship Award recipient. In 2018, she was a member of the U18 Swiss National Team. Off the court, Eggenschwiler won the Alicia Brager Scholarship Award her junior year and has earned highest grade awards in eight honors subjects throughout her high school career.
