2021 (FIFTH-YEAR SEASON)
Captain who put the finishing touches on a excellent five-year career in Bethlehem...played all 27 matches, making 12 starts...totaled 266 kills, the second-most on the team, but averaged a team-best 2.86 kills per set...became the 11th player in program history to join the 1,000 kill club with 10 against Florida Atlantic (9/11), ends career with 1,207, good for eighth all-time...tallied double-digit kill totals in 15 matches with a season-high 17 in back-to-back contests at Army West Point (9/18) and vs. Lafayette (9/25)...earned the program's Outstanding Athlete Award.

Spring 2021 (SENIOR SEASON)
Co-captain who was named a Second Team All-Patriot League selection at outside hitter...played all nine matches, making an appearance in 32 sets...tallied a team-best 110 kills, adding 63 digs and hit .182 for the campaign...tallied double-digit kills in seven straight matches to conclude the season, including a 19-kill performance vs. Lafayette (3/7) and an 18-kill, seven dig and three block outing at Bucknell (3/12)...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019 (JUNIOR SEASON)
Co-captain who made 25 starts in 29 matches...finished second on the team in kills with 298 and second in digs (208)...led the team with a 3.24 kills/set average...her 40 total blocks were good for fifth on the team...recorded a season-high 21 kills with a hitting percentage of .486 in a win over UNC Greensboro (9/21), also tallying 14 digs. Followed up performance wih 16 kills and 19 digs at Lafayette (9/27) and 19 kills with 20 digs at Bucknell (9/28).

2018 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)
For the second straight season, Lancaster saw action in 27 matches, including 25 starts...She finished as the team-leader in kills with 314...was also first on the team in kills per set with 3.11...ranked fifth on the team in digs with 157 and fourth in blocks with 38...tallied double-digits in kills 19 times throughout the season, including a streak of eight straight matches between Sept. 1 and Sept. 21...recorded a season-high 22 kills vs. Maryland Eastern Shore (10/07)...hit a career-high .478 with 14 kills in a three-set victory at American (11/6)...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2017 (FIRST-YEAR SEASON)
Saw action in 27 matches, including 22 starts…finished second on the team in kills (219 ) and kills per set (2.67), while finishing third with 241 total points…ranked fourth on the team with 145 digs…tied for third on the team with eight solo blocks…posted double-digit kills in nine matches on the season…recorded a season-high 17 kills twice on the year in matches against Duke (9/9) and Bucknell (10/27)… recorded a season-high 15 digs against Duke (9/9).

BEFORE LEHIGH
Lancaster capped her high school playing career as a four-time First Team All-Conference performer while competing for Osbourn Park Senior High School. She was also a two-time All-Region Honorable Mention selection in the state of Virginia. Lancaster was a multiple-time recipient of Osbourn Park's Student-Athlete Award (3.0 GPA or higher) throughout her high school years and was selected into the National Society of High School Scholars for her outstanding performance in the classroom.
