Background: Mumm is a forward from Ocean, New Jersey. He played prep hockey for Albany Academy during the 2024-25 season as a post-graduate. Following his time at Albany Academy, Mumm signed with the Boston Junior Bruins NCDC and played 25 games up until the midpoint of the 2025-26 season. He then moved back home to New Jersey, where he finished the 2025-26 campaign with the New Jersey Bears of the Eastern Hockey League. Mumm played in 25 regular-season games and helped push the Bears to an unbelievable playoff run all the way to the league’s Frozen Finals at Providence College. He is looking forward to beginning his hockey career at Lehigh and cannot wait for the season to get underway.
