Why Lehigh? “I grew up a huge fan of Lehigh basketball and always wanted to be a part of Lehigh since I was a little kid. It fits everything I’m looking for in a college, it’s close to home, and offers great opportunities for me academically and athletically.”
On Coach Reed: “Coach Reed has great values and a good feel for the importance of family and other aspects other than basketball. At the same time he has a great passion for the game and has a very good sense for the game.”
In secondary school … played his high school basketball for Andy Stephens and helped lead the Emmaus Green Hornets to the Lehigh Valley Conference Championship … averaged 22 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals per game … named the Morning Call Player of the Year as well as the East Penn News Male Athlete of the Season … garnered Lehigh Valley Conference MVP honors … two-time All-Area and All-Conference selection … scored nearly 1,400 points during his career.
