ADA Accessibility and Accomodations
The front entrance (west end of Grace Hall) is ADA Accessible. There is an elevator through that entrance. ADA seating is located in sections 203, and 207.
ADA accessible parking is located near the main entrance of Grace Hall. Limited spots are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is prohibited at Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall.
Animals
Service animals and service animals in training are the only animals permitted in Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall. All other animals are prohibited inside Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall.

Bag Checks
Patrons are encouraged to limit the number of items they bring into Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall. Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 10” are not permitted with the exception of child care bags.

There are no concessions sold at Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall for volleyball matches.

Drones
Lehigh University does not permit the use of drones at Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall.
Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency, public address announcements will be made with instructions and the Event Staff will assist in directing patrons to appropriate actions.
Entrances
The entrance for all patrons is located to the North end of the venue. Tickets or valid Lehigh ID are not required to enter the venue for Lehigh volleyball matches.

First Aid
Please contact Game Operations Manager for first aid needs. There are trainers on site should attention be needed.

Lost and Found
All found items and claims of lost items will be in the Operations Office during the match and then taken to the Stabler Arena main office post-match.

Media
All media and press pass requests should be made at least ten days in advance through the Lehigh University Sports Media Relations Office. Any accommodations for radio or television coverage should also be made through the Sports Media Relations Office. Any scheduled post-match press conference would take place at Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall immediately following the match. Visiting team players and head coach may be asked to participate.

Web Broadcasts: Lehigh University will stream most home matches to ESPN+.
Parking
All match day parking for spectators (visitors, parents, friends, and alumni) is in one of the parking decks on the Asa Packer Campus.
- Spectators must park in a legal parking space or in designated areas as directed by parking attendants. Do not block exit ways or fire lanes.
- Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Patrons are not permitted to save spaces for future arrivals.
- All parking is subject to change as directed by event staff.
- Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
- Please lock your vehicle. Lehigh University and Lehigh Athletics is not responsible for fire, theft, damage and/or loss of the vehicle or any content.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted in Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall: air horns (or other noisemakers), alcohol, animals (except service animals), beverage containers, coolers, drones, electronic cigarettes, tobacco, firearms or weapons of any kind, fireworks, food and beverage (with the exception of child care), and laser pointers.
Re-Entry
Re-Entry is permitted at Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall.
Restrooms
Inside Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall, there are men’s and women’s restrooms on the mezzanine level with the men’s near section 201 and the women’s near 209. First floor restrooms are located behind section 102.
Rideshare
Uber, Lyft, or Taxi vehicles will be encouraged to pick up passengers at curb on Taylor St. located on the north side of the Arena. For any patrons utilizing these services, the patron should direct the driver to Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall on the Asa Packer Campus.
Signs
Handheld signs in good taste are permitted in Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall provided they do not interfere with the view of another guest. Signs which are obscene, potentially offensive to others, or which will block views of other guests are prohibited in Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall.
Sportsmanship
Lehigh University and the Patriot League promote good sporting behavior by student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. We encourage everyone to actively support all participants of the game and ask that you express your enthusiasm in a respectful and sporting-like manner. Please note that the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages (and use of tobacco) also are prohibited. Spectators are not allowed on the playing surface at any time. Our events management staff has the responsibility to enforce this policy and may choose to eject fans that do not comply.
Tickets/Comps
Tickets are not required for volleyball events.
Visiting Team Information
PARKING - All team vehicle parking will be available on Taylor St. A locker room attendant will direct your team vehicle to the appropriate location. All parking is subject to change as directed by event staff.
LOCKER FACILITIES - Located in Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall. The facility will be open 1½ hours prior to match time. A locker room attendant will direct your team to the appropriate room and will make sure it is secured. Please have your team shower and change directly following the end of the competition. The locker facilities will be available for one hour after an event. Locker rooms are available for team members and official travel party ONLY.
