Enjoy a place of no distractions, electronics, or worries to help you unpLUg from the demands of daily life.
Practice mindfulness, rest between classes, or meditate to gentle music in this calm environment.

Stay tuned for information regarding available hours and meditation programming.
For everyone’s enjoyment, we ask that you please be mindful of our policies during drop in meditation times:
• Please remove shoes and silence your phone prior to entering the space
• Silence is requested at all times
• All personal belongings are to be stored in the cubbies and kept off the floor
• Please use a fresh towel to cover bolster and return used towel upon exit
No provided items or equipment may be removed from the studio
• Music and/or meditation applications may be listened to softly through headphones
• No other phone, laptop, or electronics use allowed
• Food and beverages are not permitted in roomÂ
• Please consider a 30 minute time limit during busier periodsÂ
• Hours subject to change under Campus Athletics discretion
The space is intended for quiet meditation only. All other exercise practices are prohibited during Meditation hours.
