Visitor Information
Will Call
  • Pick up tickets you ordered on the internet or by phone as early as the next business day following the date of purchase.
  • Photo ID is required to pick up tickets at Will Call.
  • Only the ticket holder of record may pick up tickets at Will Call.
    • Arrangements may be made in advance to have someone other than the ticket holder pick up Will Call tickets by calling Ticket Services at 610-7LU-GAME.
  • Office Hours pick up - Tickets are available for pick up at the Lehigh Ticket Office, located to the right of the main doors to Stabler Arena.
  • Game Day pick up
    • Events at Goodman Stadium
      • Football - Tickets are available for pick up at the Goodman Will Call Tent, which is to the right of the main gates of Goodman Stadium, beginning 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
    • Events at Stabler Arena
      • Men's and Women's Basketball - Tickets are available for pick up inside Doors 5 and 6 of Stabler Arena beginning 60 minutes prior to tip-off.
      • Wrestling - Tickets are available for pick up inside Doors 5 and 6 of Stabler Arena beginning 90 minutes prior to the start of the match.
    • Events at Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall
      • Wrestling - Tickets are available for pick up at the Club Sports Office beginning 60 minutes prior to the start of the match.
    • Events at Ulrich Sports Complex
      • Lacrosse - Tickets are available at the table located at the East gate beginning 60 minutes prior to the start of the game.

Age Descriptions (All age types may not be applicable to all sports)
  • Student - College student, must present college ID.
  • Child - Ages 2-12. Ages 2 and over must purchase a ticket to all home events. Children under 2 without a ticket may not occupy a seat.
  • Senior - Age 65 and over.
  • Lehigh ID holders - Students, Faculty, Staff, etc. are admitted free to all home Athletic events, with the following exceptions: Football vs. Lafayette, and other special events added for a particular sport and/or season. Lehigh ID holders must purchase tickets to postseason events, such as EIWA Championships, NCAA Football, or Patriot League Tournament games. Lehigh ID holders are able to access the following seating areas:
    • Football
      • Students - Sections WA, WB, and WC and Grass Bank
      • Faculty/Staff - All GA sections for a particular game, which are subject to change for any given game and Grass Bank
    • Basketball
      • Students - The West End Zone, Sections 21-23.
      • Faculty/Staff - Sections 17 and 18, which are subject to change for any given game.
    • Wrestling
      • Students - claim a ticket at the door for Section 103 or 203 (student sections) or Section 22 in Stabler Arena.
      • Faculty/Staff - must claim a ticket in advance or on match night for an upper level reserved seat in either Stabler Arena or Grace Hall.
  • Faculty & Staff - The number at the bottom of your ID indicates the number of family members not including yourself. That is the number of immediate family members you may bring to a given home contest. This does not extend to other guests in the event your family is not present at a given contest. Non-family members must purchase a ticket to attend.

Transportation and Parking
  • The Campus Connector provides regular service to and from Goodman Campus. Click here for the weekday and weekend schedules.
  • Parking - Free for most Goodman Campus events. There are some exceptions, which include but are not limited to Football, Paul Short Run, and NCAA Cross Country.
    • Parking for events on Packer Campus, such as Wrestling matches, please use the Alumni Memorial Parking Garage located at 27 Memorial Drive West. There is a free shuttle that runs from the garage to Grace Hall beginning 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.
