BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Coming off of a Patriot League championship appearance, Lehigh men's basketball and head coach Dr. Brett Reed have announced the 2024-25 non-league and Patriot League schedules. The Mountain Hawks will face 11 non-league opponents prior to the start of Patriot League play in January.

"This year's upcoming non-conference schedule should once again be challenging and a great opportunity for our team to grow and learn through November and December," said Reed. "I look at our non-conference schedule as a wonderful test and a way for us to learn more about ourselves as we pursue our quest for a Patriot League championship."

Lehigh begins the 2024-25 campaign on the road in Evanston, Illinois for a matchup with Big Ten foe Northwestern on November 4. The Mountain Hawks will have a quick turnaround following the season opener, as the team will travel to Washington, D.C. for a date with the Georgetown Hoyas on November 6. Lehigh will face the Wildcats and Hoyas for the first time since the 2005-06 and 1984-85 seasons respectively.

The next week, Lehigh again hits the road, first to Ivy League side Columbia in New York on November 12. The team will then take a cross-country voyage to visit new Big Ten member UCLA in Los Angeles on November 15. The Mountain Hawks then return home for the team's home opener against the University of Valley Forge on November 20.

After hosting the Red Flash in Bethlehem last season, the Mountain Hawks will return to St. Francis (Pa.) on November 26 before returning for a two-game homestand. Lehigh takes on Marist on Saturday, November 30 in between Lehigh women's basketball's Christmas City Classic followed by a home date with Monmouth on December 4.

Finally, Lehigh's non-league slate will conclude during winter break, first with a road game at Long Island University on December 21 and a home contest against Neumann University on December 29.

The Patriot League regular season begins for the Mountain Hawks at Stabler Arena, as Lehigh will host Bucknell on January 2. The team returns to Lewisburg to conclude the season series on Monday, February 17 for a standalone Patriot League game.

Lehigh's first league road game will be in Baltimore against the Loyola Greyhounds on January 5, with the return game to Stabler Arena occurring on January 18. The Mountain Hawks then head to Hamilton, New York to battle Colgate on January 8, with that return game slated to take place in Bethlehem for a Monday night game on February 3.

Lehigh's second home league game comes on January 11 against Army West Point. The Mountain Hawks will conclude their regular season against the Black Knights on the road on March 1.

The first rematch of last season's Patriot League semifinal against Boston University will occur on January 15 at Case Gymnasium. Lehigh will host the Terriers at Stabler Arena on February 26.

The Mountain Hawks head to Washington D.C. on January 22 for the season's first game against American, with the second happening in Bethlehem on February 8. The season's first installment of the Rivalry against Lafayette will take place on January 25 at Stabler Arena as part of a doubleheader with the women's team. Lehigh and Lafayette will square off again in Easton on February 22.

Lehigh hosts the Navy Midshipmen on January 29 and will travel to Annapolis on February 12. The team's final Patriot League opponent is the Holy Cross Crusaders, with those games occurring on February 1 in Worcester and February 15 in Bethlehem.

Single game and season ticket packages for both Lehigh men's and women's basketball will go on sale in early October.
