BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Game number two of a three game road trip takes Lehigh to Worcester, Massachusetts as the Mountain Hawks go up against the Patriot League preseason favorite Holy Cross Crusaders Sunday afternoon at the Hart Center.  Lehigh will look to shake off a disappointing overtime loss at Bucknell on Wednesday in a game in which the Mountain Hawks led by ten with under four minutes to play only to see the Bison storm back and emerge with an 81-76 victory.  Senior Marquis Hall and freshman C.J. McCollum combined for 41 points to lead the Lehigh offense but the Mountain Hawks went scoreless the final 3:22 of regulation as their three-game win streak was snapped.  Holy Cross is also coming off a tough setback as the Crusaders fell to Colgate in New York on a last second jumper by the Raiders’ Yaw Gyawu.

Around the nation, college basketball coaches are teaming up for Coaches vs. Cancer Suits and Sneakers awareness weekend.  College basketball coaches will wear sneakers with their sideline attire to raise cancer awareness and remind fans that by making healthy lifestyle choices, they can reduce their own cancer risk.  Coaches vs. Cancer is a collaboration of the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).

During its last ten games Lehigh is averaging 78.2 points on 47.3% shooting.  The last time Lehigh scored 70+ points in ten consecutive games was 1994.  The Brown and White finished that season with 10 straight games of 70 or more points.  Lehigh, which scored a season-best 89 points in its win at Longwood, currently ranks second in the Patriot League in scoring offense at 73.2 points per contest.

Sunday’s tip-off is slated for 12:05 from the Hart Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.  The game will be broadcast live on ESPN Radio 1230 and 1320 as well as Lehighsports.com with Matt Kerr and Jeff Tourial calling the action.  Pre-game coverage gets underway at 11:30 AM.  The game will also be shown live on CBS College Sports with Bob Socci and John Feinstein.
