Evan Bruno

In his first season at Lehigh, Bruno played in 16 games and earned 15 points, snagging an honor as Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week. That year was a harbinger for what would come over his career in the Brown and White where he still commands top ranks at Lehigh and in the league for goals, assists, and points. But more than the individual accolades, Bruno’s impact as a teammate and leader helped the program battle for championships, win its first league title, and earn multiple NCAA tournament appearances.
Over his Lehigh career, Bruno earned All-Region First Team three times, Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year twice, All-Region First Team three times, All-American Third Team once, and Patriot League Academic Honor Roll once. He was at the time the second player in program and league history to break the 100 point career mark.
He remains ranked second in the Lehigh record books for season goals, assists, and points and ranked third for career goals and points. In the league, he remains ranked second for career points and third for career goals and season goals and points.
As a sophomore he was ranked 9th in NCAA with points per game average (2.22) and 11th in the nation with goals per game (.86). That year he had 18 goals and 6 assists for 42 points. As a junior, he led the Patriot League in scoring, averaging 1.53 points per game. His 20 points as a senior helped him be named a BRINE Offensive Player of the Week.
He played professionally for the Long Island Rough Riders.
His success off the pitch has also been exciting to watch with such names as the New York Times, Conde Nast, Paris Saint-Germain, and Drive Shack. Today, he serves as vice president of NBA experiences at Quint, where he leads the official fan experience programs for some of the NBA’s biggest global events, including NBA All-Star Weekend, NBA Summer League, and NBA Draft.
Personally, he enjoys spending time with his wife Tara and son Max. Watching Max play his favorite sports are helping substitute some of Bruno’s favorite athletic memories with those his son is making.
