One of the finest softball facilities in the Northeast, Leadership Park opened on April 22, 2015 as the new home of Lehigh Softball, replacing Kaufman Field, the program's former home located on the east end of Goodman Campus. Being the first venue in sight as you enter Goodman Campus from the main entrance, Leadership Park matches the high standard set forth by this program's storied success.
Consistently one of the most dominant programs in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Lehigh has continued its success at the new venue, holding a 36-8 record at the facility through the 2017 season, and a 21-3 mark in regular season Patriot League contests. Leadership Park has played host to the Patriot League Tournament twice in its history, with Lehigh winning both times including its first season in 2015 and most recently in 2017.

AMENITIES
Leadership Park features permanent grandstand seating behind home plate that is protected by a padded wall and a modern cable and netting backstop. A state-of-the-art press box is located atop the stands with landings on both sides. The field has two batting cages with artificial turf down the right field line and a separate hitting/batting practice area located beyond the right field fence. Bullpens with dual pitching rubbers are located beyond each dugout. The playing surface is enclosed by a chain link fence with a fence cap and windscreens featuring Lehigh and Patriot League imaging.
EVENTS
In addition to Lehigh Softball, Leadership Park hosts many external events throughout the year, including:
- high school, amateur and all-star events
- local softball organizations
- numerous camps and clinics

Parking for softball games at Leadership Park is available across the road from the field in the Cundey Varsity House Lot.
