Mountain Hawks win five events at Drexel Relays

The Lehigh men were victorious in four events while the women won one event. The meet consisted of 20 relay events and four diving events. The Mountain Hawks took first place in the Men’s 800 Yard Freestyle Relay, as senior Jess Dudley teamed with junior Sean Herman, sophomore Chris Caywood and freshman Jonathan Kearney posting a time of 7:03.88. In the 500 Yard Freestyle Relay, Dudley, Herman and Caywood teamed with freshman Eugene Johnston to take first place with a time of 4:17.04. Caywood joined senior Jason Koch and freshman Jonathan Kearney to win the 1500 Yard Freestyle Relay in 14:38.31. The men also brought home first place in the 400 yard relay.
The women brought home first place in the 1500 Yard Freestyle relay as well as a second place finish in the 500 Yard Free relay as junior Alyssa Zellner teamed with freshmen Anne Grossinger, Alexandra Valasek and Jeanette Braun.
