ON COACH LAMBINUS: “The first time I met Coach Lambinus, I saw how passionate he is about Lehigh and soccer. His vision of winning championships matches my competitive drive. Coach demonstrates the rare balance between being a successful coach and a good person. I met a lot of coaches through my recruiting process, but it was Coach Lambinus who impressed me the most.”
AS A SENIOR (2014): Played in 14 games (13 starts) as the center back for the Mountain Hawks’ defense … Team co-captain for a second straight year … Defense held opponents to just 16 goals in 16 games including just six in nine Patriot League games … Mountain Hawks finished with six shutouts for the season … Named Athlete of the Year at the team’s annual end-of-year banquet … Fired a shot on goal at Mount St. Mary’s (8/31) … Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
AS A JUNIOR (2013): One of six Mountain Hawks to start all 17 games … Team co-captain ... Recorded an assist, four shots and two shots on goal for the season … Helped anchor a defense that pitched four shutouts … Took two shots at Villanova (9/1), one on goal … Fired a shot during the win against Central Connecticut State (9/8) … Dished an assist in the season finale against Holy Cross (11/2) … Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for the third year in a row.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2012): Emerged as Lehigh’s center back ... Played in 17 games, starting 16 … Part of a defense which didn’t allow a goal over the final 285:01 of the regular season … Posted one assist, tallying it against Marist (9/14) ... Started 16 straight games to close out the season ... Owned a shot on goal at Binghamton (9/2) and shot vs. Bucknell (10/19).
AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Played in 14 games during strong freshman season, starting six … Starts came at Seton Hall (8/29), at Quinnipiac (9/16), at NJIT (9/18) at Saint Joseph’s (9/23), vs. Army (10/15) and at Bucknell (10/21) … Finished with one point, an assist vs. Monmouth (9/9) … Posted six shots, led by two vs. Navy (10/9) and two against Army … Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
