Bogard named to Academic All-Patriot League team

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh men's tennis junior Ethan Bogard is one of six student-athletes to be named to the Academic All-Patriot League team, as announced by the league Thursday morning.
 
Bogard holds a 3.29 cumulative grade point average as an accounting major in Lehigh's College of Business and Economics. He earned a spot on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll as a freshman and landed on Dean's List in the Spring of 2014.
 
On the court, Bogard proved to be one of Lehigh's most reliable players this season, amassing a 13-3 overall singles record and 5-3 mark in regular-season Patriot League play. The junior also went 7-3 overall in doubles and 2-0 against league foes. He earned a singles win over Navy in the Patriot League Semifinals and also picked up a doubles victory in the Patriot League Quarterfinals playing alongside classmate Colin Nardella.
 
This is the first Academic All-Patriot League honor of Bogard's career.
