
Twenty Mountain Hawks land on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Twenty members of the Lehigh men's cross country team were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league on Tuesday.
Sophomore Kyle Leonard notched the top grade-point average with his perfect 4.0 mark as an Electrical Engineering major. Leonard was one of 15 Patriot League student-athletes to record a GPA of 4.0 or higher.
Senior Simon Voorhees capped off his Mountain Hawk career by making the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for a fourth time. The Behavioral Neuroscience major earned a 3.94 GPA during the fall semester.
Eleven of the 20 Mountain Hawks named to the Honor Roll earned Dean's List distinctions with semester GPAs of 3.6 or higher. To be eligible for the honor roll, student-athletes must maintain a 3.2 GPA and be listed on the team roster.
In total, 133 student-athletes were named to the Men's Cross Country Academic Honor Roll. Navy led the league with 24 selections, while Lehigh (20), Bucknell (16) and Boston University (15) rounded out the top five.
