?Bill Moukoulis enters his 13th season as the goalkeeper coach for the Lehigh women’s soccer team.
?Moukoulis is a former U.S. Army Officer who served on active duty at Fort Knox, Kentucky, during Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
?With the Mountain Hawks, Moukoulis has coached some of the best goalkeepers in program and Patriot League history. Notably, Moukoulis has helped coach and develop Sam Miller, who holds a 0.75 goals against average, one of the top 25 longest shutout streaks in NCAA history, and All-Patriot League and Academic All-League Honors. He also coached Miranda Royds, who holds a 0.82 goals against average and Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week honors.
?Prior to Lehigh University, Moukoulis served as an assistant coach at Liberty High School for the girls’ program. From there, he coached at the collegiate level for DeSales University and Muhlenberg College.
?Moukoulis holds a United States Soccer Federation “A” Level Coaching License. He has also served as a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association State Staff, where he has instructed the state-level coaching license courses.
?In addition to his roles as assistant coach, Moukoulis was part of Freedom High School’s undefeated championship team in 1983. Freedom went 54 games without a loss between the 1983 and 1984 seasons. He was a four-time letterwinner at Widener University and a member of the Chestnut Hill Football Club that won two Philadelphia Inter-County League First Division Championships in the early 1990s.
?Moukoulis graduated from Widener University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a major in Economics. He resides in Hanover Township with his wife Irene and twins Barbara and Peter. Professionally, he has worked in the Medical Device Industry for the past 20+ years. Moukoulis currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Sales Training & Clinical Education at Aesculap, Inc. (The Surgical Division of B. Braun Medical, Inc).
